At Loex, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Because we deliver virtual in-game items, our refund policy is designed to be fair while accounting for the nature of digital goods delivery.

Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The item was not delivered within 24 hours of purchase.
  • You provided a valid Embark ID (format: PlayerName#1234) and the delivery still failed.
  • You received a wrong item that does not match your order.
  • A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment processing error.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The item was successfully delivered to the Embark ID provided.
  • An incorrect Embark ID was provided — please double-check your ID in Arc Raiders → Settings → Account before ordering.
  • You changed your mind after delivery.
  • Your account was banned or restricted by Embark Studios after delivery.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 72 hours of your purchase:

  1. Email us at kristirios788@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. Include your Embark ID and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Delivery Timeframe

Most orders are delivered within 1–6 hours. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours. If your item has not arrived after 24 hours, please contact support immediately.
