Most orders are delivered within 1–24 hours after payment confirmation. During peak hours, delivery may take slightly longer. You will receive an email with delivery instructions immediately after checkout.

After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with step-by-step delivery instructions. Our team will coordinate an in-game meeting to transfer the items to your character. Make sure the email address at checkout is correct.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Yes! You can add as many items as you like to your cart and check out in a single transaction. You can also set the quantity for each item directly on the product card.

If you haven't received your items within 24 hours, please contact our support team at kristirios788@gmail.com with your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly — either by completing the delivery or issuing a full refund.

Yes. If we are unable to deliver your order, you are entitled to a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details. Refunds are not available for items that have already been delivered.
